How does the Primora wand work?
Push the wand into a fresh head until it clicks, scrub the bowl and under the rim, then hold it over the bin and press the release button. The used head drops straight into the bin, and the wand goes back in its caddy. Your hands never touch the head.
How many cleans do I get from a pack?
Each head is used for one clean, so a 30-pack covers 30 cleans. That is roughly 7 months for one toilet cleaned weekly, or about 15 weeks for two toilets.
Which bundle should I choose?
Starter (1 wand + 12 heads) is a good way to try it. Most popular (1 wand + 30 heads) suits a home with one toilet. Two-bathroom (2 wands + 36 heads) gives you a wand for each bathroom.
Can I flush the used heads?
No. Put used heads in the bin. Flushing them can block pipes and septic systems.
How do refill subscriptions work?
On the refill heads page, choose Subscribe and save to get a 30-pack every 6, 8 or 12 weeks for 15% off. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. You can buy refill packs one at a time whenever you need them.
Will other brands' refill heads fit?
Primora refill heads are made for the Primora wand. We can't guarantee that heads from other brands will fit or release properly.
